• Answer #1:  Primarily, we use Paypal.  However, you do not need a Paypal account to make a payment.  Once you're finished shopping at www.organichap.com, you'll be routed to a very secure connection at Paypal.com.  Choose the option that indicates that you do not have a Paypal account.  From there, they will accept all major credit/debit cards and personal checks.
• Answer #2:  If you do not feel comfortable using Paypal, you may contact us via telephone or email, and we can run your credit or debit card over the phone or email.
• Answer #3:  We can email you an invoice along with your purchased product.  Unfortunately, due to the risk of these types of payments, your order can only be limited to the maximum amount of $30.00.  You will also be required to fill out a 'Release of Personal Information'.
• Answer #4:  You can start a wholesale customer account.  You do not need to purchase wholesale quantities to start an account.  With a customer account, you will receive an invoice with all of your internet/telephone orders.  You will have 30 days to pay your account in full.  All accounts that are found to be delinquent 60 days or more will be sent to a preferred collections agency.

• Organichap Lip Balm is made with 100% natural ingredients!  Our lip balm is hand-crafted with the following ingredients:  Certified Organic Beeswax, Sweet Almond oil, Aloe Vera concentrate, Vitamin E and Certified Organic Essential oils (for flavoring).  We have the following flavors of lip balm:  Classic (Peppermint), Berry and Citrus.  Note:  All of our lip balm flavors are DELICIOUS, but most seem to prefer the Classic flavor!
